Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-cut flooring, clearance items, and special orders are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  2. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide instructions for returning the item.
  3. Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be provided in the form of cash upon verification of the returned item’s condition.
  • The refund amount will exclude the original shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, please report it to our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • A replacement or refund will be issued after verification.
